This is going to sound really simple (because it is) but it’s also going to sound really difficult (because it is).
Once you make a decision to do something and you’re actually, really, truly going to follow through with it, it relieves your mind of the burden of not (yet) knowing.
You decide. you’re going to do a thing and you’ll do the thing.
