[00:00:01] Good morning. Friday morning, October 21st. Fast Friday. Ready? We got a weird one. Got a weird one. Got a totally crazy queasy thing. It's Friday. I did not fast last night. And still, guess what? Woke up this morning, felt good. Not as good as with fasting, but boom, boom, chicka boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. The ideas were flowing. You want to know why? Here we go. I just put it together because I have now set up the expectation that Friday morning is clarity. [00:00:36] Catch that. I've set up the expectation that my Friday mornings are frankly full of clarity, courage and confidence. And why is that? Because I set up the weekly expectation. And the weekly expectation comes from the action, comes from the creating of the every single week. So the creating of the frequency. [00:01:06] So again, I've had pushback on worst book ever. It's October 21st. I'm hoping to start November 1st. And yet people don't get it. And my close friends and advisors tell me, bradley, I love you. You're witty, you're clever. Worst book ever is freaking brilliant. But people don't get it. Oh, you want another long term projection people won't get it. [00:01:38] Yesterday, talking with one of my coaches and she was saying, clarity, courage, confidence. That's what people want. Well, they also want stuff like freedom and money and you know, but clarity, courage, confidence. What do they not have? What do they have? They have fear, worried about failure and they have fuzziness. [00:02:03] Fear, failure, fuzziness. You know what's going to clear that up, of course, is creating. So here's the thought of the morning. Ready? Because I want to keep this under five minutes because it's fast. It's fast Friday. What do we got? Two minutes. All right. And I've got kids up, got field trip to Rotterdam today that nobody wants to go on because school kind of ended for the, for the holiday. It's vacation here. And they don't, they don't want to do anything related to school. They don't want to get, get up. But we got to go. So I have like two minutes for the bagel dings. You might hear the bagel ding in the toaster oven. [00:02:37] Ready? [00:02:39] What are we really doing in these 10 days, or dare I say in the 30 day challenge we have going for January? [00:02:46] What's really going on? Worst book ever is a tool. What are we really getting at? I think we're getting at clarity, courage and confidence. But clarity, courage and confidence are benefits. What, what tools are we really using to get there? And I can tell you, and this one is what happened on My clarity of my morning, my clarity of my fast Friday. And this is without fasting. I hope you're getting that. It's sinking into me slowly. I did not fast last night. And yet, because I set up the frequency of the weekly fast Friday, that I will have clarity, courage and confidence every single Friday morning. And I didn't even quote, unquote, do the work. I didn't fast last night. I had my improv comedy workshop and we had dinner Before I had split pea soup. I didn't have some math at dinner. I had split pea soup. Later, I had water. That's it. So, okay. Hey, I gotta wrap this up because I got things to do. I'm at three and a half minutes. I've got a minute. Ready? Here we go. Here's what a 10 day challenge is really, really, really doing. [00:03:53] Guess what we're creating. How are we creating play? We're playful. What are we also doing? We're asking, what do we want? What do we want? Life. What do we want in these next 10 days? And then we're daring to do it. And we're creating. We're also sparking, because we're doing it together. Spark's all about being doing it together. [00:04:16] And then this is not yet a book in the Repossible series, but I promise you, it's in the list. Finish. [00:04:25] So I don't know if that's correct. Finish, complete. I mean, succeed, kind of odd, but finish, like I think the course could be called finish, because what are we doing? What do I keep talking about how important it is we're finishing within 10 days. I don't care if it's stupid. I don't. Here's the thing. Worst book ever should probably be some kind of subtitle or one of the benefits or one of the tools or one of the tricks. But what are we really doing? We're finishing. And then what are we gonna do with that finished product? We're gonna celebrate it. That's huge. We're gonna celebrate. [00:04:57] Oh, man, I'm out of time. That's it. Celebrate. We're gonna finish and we're gonna celebrate. And then this is another iconic book. Share. It's either share or give. Share might be even better. Share. You're gonna share it with others. So what are we doing? We're going through the repossible process and we're doing it in 10 days. And yet I had given it like a mask, a masquerade ball mask of how to write your worst book ever. And yes, my loyal fans and dear friends and coaches and colleagues, say, Bradley, you're brilliant. That's an awesome idea and it's super funny, but nobody gets it. What if this were the repossible 10 day challenge and these are the steps. These are the tools you're going to use. Ask, dare, create, spark, play, finish, celebrate, share. [00:05:50] Kaboom. To kaboom. Kaboom. Boom. Kaboom. Boom. Hey, I hear kids getting up. I didn't hear the toaster ding. Oh, I'm. I'm past five minutes. Gotta go because this is fast Friday, remember? I didn't fast, but I have set up the expectation of the frequency of the weekly clarity and I got it. [00:06:08] See you next week. Have a great weekend.
