[00:00:02] Speaker A: Okay, you just outlined the new YouTube
[00:00:05] Speaker B: strategy since being quasi porn. I mean, poor video skills pays off all of a sudden because in the world of AI, everything looks nice.
So, like, being in your basement with crappy lighting is, like, always so authentic. Yeah, that's what I'm doing.
I'm trying to be real.
[00:00:22] Speaker A: I like. I like how you made the books look disorganized behind you in your AI virtual environment.
[00:00:27] Speaker B: Oh, I love that you think that this on purpose.
[00:00:31] Speaker A: Ye.
[00:00:32] Speaker B: No, the last time, actually, that's something I changed since the last time we met. So the last time we met, I just had a brown wall behind me and.
Yeah, so because you were talking about when we talked last. Dude, I've made a lot of changes since we met last time, all right?
And I've seen growth from it, too, which is cool.
Yeah, I know. It's crazy what you taught actually worked.
[00:00:57] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:00:57] Speaker B: So hit record.
[00:00:59] Speaker A: Hit record.
[00:01:02] Speaker B: Sorry, I gotta go now.
Yeah, no, but I had this desk. I'm in the same place, but this desk was turned this way, and I was, like, right up against the wall. And so there's literally a wall, like, right here behind me. And it was just gray.
And the office was kind of designed for, like, where I'm sitting was designed for me.
Like, I had a bulletin board next to me with, like, passwords on it and stuff. So it was like, if people zoom, people have been able to zoom my camera out. They're like, oh, that's his pin number.
So that was like, to the left of me, and then, like, to the right of me. It was like a filing system for my day job.
And after talking to you, I was like, man, I am, like, trying to draw attention visually. I need to do. I can't do a ton, but I need to do what I can. Like, I'm still in a basement, and, like, my kids PlayStation is right there. And, like, you know, there's a giant window right there that gives me nice light for, like, half of the day. But, like, right now, it's night outside, there's no light. So. Yeah. So I do what I like. But changing it has made a.
If it hasn't made it, I don't know that changing my background has made an impact on my sales or growth, but it's definitely made an impact on me. And, like, oh, an intentionality around what I'm doing is important.
[00:02:31] Speaker A: Yeah, I like that. I like that.
[00:02:32] Speaker B: And it is nice having it this way because I find myself now.
I'll be in the middle of doing a session with somebody. Because my YouTube channel is mostly me doing editing sessions with people.
And I will find myself in the middle of a session, turning around, grabbing a book off the back and being like, okay, so let's talk about this one. Which is something I never did in editing sessions before because this bookcase existed, but it was actually across the room.
I never would go get books in the middle of a session before because the book was too far away, but now I can just like reach back there and grab one and.
[00:03:05] Speaker A: Well, and also it's really cool because as you well know, most people's backgrounds are fake or generated or whatever. So the fact that you're actually reaching, like the real universe, the real world and picking up an actual book and.
[00:03:17] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:03:19] Speaker A: What?
[00:03:20] Speaker B: Yeah, I just started doing TikTok too.
And I will. I will do that as well. I'll put the camera on my face here now and like reach back behind me and grab a book and pull it out and talk about it for.
[00:03:33] Speaker A: Wow.
[00:03:33] Speaker B: TikToks doing. It works. It's. Those seem to do pretty well for the coaching stuff. Like when I'm doing. Because I have two TikTok channels at the moment, I have a coaching one and a fiction one. And those kind of do well for the coaching.
[00:03:46] Speaker A: Right. Okay.
[00:03:47] Speaker B: Yeah. But anyway, yeah, so this was one of the changes I made post.
[00:03:52] Speaker A: All right. I like it. Yeah, well, like you say, this is very much. I'm so.
I don't follow many. I like rules. I understand the rules. I understand why there are rules or whatever or guidelines. And then. Because it helps because if you're going to break it, you're going to break the rule, then, you know, kind of like, oh, I'm breaking a rule. That's okay. Yeah. Like. Like you're saying. Because I really like the idea that you said, oh, I don't know if it got me more clients or views or whatever, but it helps me.
And I thought, oh, that's kind of cool. I like that.
[00:04:23] Speaker B: Yeah. So much of it, I think, is production mindset.
[00:04:26] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:04:27] Speaker B: For me, like, I just. The episode this week was 346 and it. I find that even at like 340 plus episodes, which I've done other. It's. I'm actually probably close to episode 400 because I've done side. Like, I have a side.
There's an additional bonus thing going now once a month, which I do like as a roundtable with other authors we call Right, Wrong, Repeat and that.
So, like, with those side things, it's probably close to. To 400.
[00:05:00] Speaker A: Did you say right, Wrong, repeat.
[00:05:02] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah.
[00:05:04] Speaker A: Great. I love it.
And write is W R I T
[00:05:09] Speaker B: E. W R I T E. Wrong is crossed out and repeat. Oh. Because we were playing off of the, like, you know, I mean, the brilliant guys down in Austin who did write, publish, repeat. We were playing off of that, kind of for a new age of being like, hey, what is publishing now in this insane world that we live in where I got accused last night of using AI on something. And I was like, guys, I was like, trust me, that book is not AI, Right. That book is crazy.
[00:05:40] Speaker A: I wish I had to do that.
[00:05:42] Speaker B: It is not written to market. It doesn't make any sense. And it is not. I wish. I wish AI had written that book. Yeah, but it's.
Yeah, so it's a. It's a side thing. We're doing like, once a month, and I have a lot of that. Like, I did one for a while that was like, a friend of mine, another author friend of mine, had a side one going for a while. That was our podcast about books where we'd invite guests on to, like, read a. Read a book with us. Like, you know, Mark Leslie came on. We. We all read, do Android Stream of Electric Sheep or like, Becca Sime came on, and we all read one of her favorite romance novels and we talked about it, but that one didn't go anywhere. That was that one.
It never really got more than, like, 10 to 15 views. Like, people just didn't.
So I don't even talk about books.
[00:06:32] Speaker A: So there's this guy, I'm a new fan, David Senra. S E N R A. Okay. And he has a podcast, and it's called Founders.
Okay. And he's been doing it for years. He's on. He's also on episode, whatever, Hundreds.
And the really interesting thing that turned me onto this guy was he did it for several years, and his goal was not monetary or strategic or business or anything. He just really liked doing it. And what he does. He's an entrepreneur. And he's like, his tagline, something like, entrepreneurs in history should. Should know about entrepreneurs from history or something like that. And so he reads all about entrepreneurs, and then his entire podcast is him, like, reading his. His summary that the entrepreneur, right? And he's like, I just love doing it. I don't care. I don't care if anybody sponsors it, buys it, listens to it, anything. It's like, no, no, no. It just makes me happy.
And. And then so somebody else sort of wrote an article about that phenomenon, the Idea that this guy just does this thing because he likes doing it and makes him happy and it gives him joy and purpose and meaning and all that crap. Right. And so guess why he's still doing it. He's like, well, because he jokes as I do. He says, well, even if I didn't get paid, I would still do it.
And he. He jokes because when he wasn't paid at all, he's like, even if I didn't get paid, he's like, pro tip. I don't get paid. Yeah. And I'm doing it anyway. And so hit, like, bonus. Lovely world. Paradise World is if you can do this thing that you're gonna do anyway and eventually get paid for it. Yay. Lucky you. But the goal, his goal was not to make the money. And that is sort of his secret sauce that it's working out or that he's keeping going. That's like you were saying you're in episode 340 plus. Well, why, like, you get the whole Simon Sinek, you know, what's your why? Why are you doing it?
[00:08:37] Speaker B: Yeah. And for me, like, I did explore my why a lot. This has been like, for. I don't know how.
I should go get the couch out and we should lay down.
So my mother. Yeah, no, this has been a log.
You know, I started doing my fiction is a little like, that. I've never marketed or, like, really tried to sell my fiction. I've just written it and put it in the world and been like, oh, this is what I do.
[00:09:05] Speaker A: Right.
[00:09:05] Speaker B: Very much more an identity for me than a. I think the first couple years I was a little naive in the, like, if you write it, they will come.
[00:09:14] Speaker A: Right? Oh, I'm still naive. I'm still.
[00:09:16] Speaker B: The ghost are going to come out of the cornfield. Like in Field of Dreams. They're going to be like, we found your books.
Lines of cars coming down.
[00:09:26] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:09:26] Speaker B: So they're gonna tell people and they're gonna tell other people. Yeah. So I think for the first couple years I lived in that, but then I was like, that's not gonna happen.
But I didn't have the money to market anything, so I've just been writing because I literally don't think I could stop. Like, it's one of those little, like, if I tried to stop, I'd be thinking about the next book.
[00:09:46] Speaker A: Yes, me too. Yeah.
[00:09:48] Speaker B: So this is the first year that I've actually started kind of marketing my fiction for the first time.
[00:09:52] Speaker A: Oh, awesome. Okay.
[00:09:53] Speaker B: But for the dialogue Dr.
Looking for the why was really important because there's always the temptation to kind of chase for me what others are doing that seems to be working.
So, like, oh, they're doing author interviews about publishing techniques, or they're doing author interviews about marketing. And that seems to get people more excited.
Maybe I should do author interviews about marketing. I'm not a bad interviewer. Like, it's not like I can't do that.
But that's not my. Why. Like, I really love my. The moment that keeps me going. In a session, there's always at least one moment where something clicks for the person I'm working with. And I can watch. They're not even listening to me anymore. Their brain is running on all of the changes that they're going to make in their work. And something's like, all of a sudden locked in where they're like, oh, my gosh, that's gonna fix everything. And so when we. That's what I do. I like that moment where people are like, yeah, this is.
This is gonna move me forward. And so that's a. That's why I do it. But, yeah, and I would keep, you know, let's say that one of my books hits, and all of a sudden I'm Andy Weir and I'm making, like a bazillion dollars a year on, you know, whatever the book is. I'd probably still keep doing the podcast. And that's cool.
[00:11:28] Speaker A: That's the question this guy asks, right?
[00:11:31] Speaker B: Yeah.
Like, I just put out to do the podcast.
I give away free sessions because when I started, I was like, I was like, it feels weird to make somebody pay to come on. It becomes a weird, like, marketing expense for them. So it's like, if I'm gonna put their episode. If I'm gonna put their work on the air live, I'm gonna give them free work back.
[00:11:54] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:11:55] Speaker B: And so, yeah, I. That's. So I just put one out last night. I was like, hey, I'm giving away free sessions for episodes. I put 20. 20 episodes, 20 slots up between now and end of October. And they'll be gone in the next 24 hours. People just.
They'll be full because people literally. I think people literally sit on my newsletter list waiting for the, like, once a quarter email. That's like free episodes. And like, like, so.
Which is great. But I. I would probably continue to do that even if I wasn't.
[00:12:30] Speaker A: But I mean, it's also. It's also kind of exciting, right? The whole live. And we're going to see what happens, and you're guinea pig. And.
[00:12:38] Speaker B: Yeah, it's fun. I have a really good time with it. Like, I think it's. I.
Yeah, I. It's.
Well, but again, it's going back to that, like, why are you doing what you do? I love helping people, so that's. And that is my. Why. Like, I get a big rush from, like, I was able to provide something positive in somebody else's world.
[00:13:01] Speaker A: So. Right. That's it. That's the key. That's it. That's all he needs. I mean, it's. It's really not rocket science. Right. I mean, helping other people, I. I think that's the big key, the big secret.
Really.
[00:13:13] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. And it does drive.
It makes this something that I enjoy coming back to as opposed to something that's a chore.
Like, and that's. I, you know, right now trying to figure out what my routine content is for TikTok.
That's where I'm struggling right now is like, so much of what I do on Tick Tock still feels like a chore.
[00:13:37] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:13:38] Speaker B: And so I'm trying to find that sweet spot of, like, how do I do what I do in three minutes or less that really helps people? And so just trying to discover that lens of. Yeah, yeah.
[00:13:55] Speaker A: But could it be.
I mean, could it be. Because I think we talked about this last time a little bit was the whole chop up the longer video stuff into. And add the little snippets.
[00:14:05] Speaker B: It doesn't. It doesn't. I tried. That's working great for YouTube shorts.
[00:14:10] Speaker A: Right.
[00:14:10] Speaker B: So last time you and I talked about, like, A, the appearance of my videos and how they look and then.
[00:14:15] Speaker A: Right.
[00:14:15] Speaker B: B, like, how I'm putting them out in the world. Chopping the videos and putting them. Putting clips on YouTube shorts has been fantastic. That's been really great. And I really saw a lot of growth starting when I went from like, two YouTube shorts a day to like, eight.
So I'm now doing like eight to ten YouTube shorts a day. Something about that has tweaked the algorithm to make the algorithm go, this guy. We want to show this guy to people.
[00:14:44] Speaker A: So, yes, I've experienced the same thing.
[00:14:46] Speaker B: Yeah. And it's not a content thing. It literally was volume. It was like, I need to.
Yeah. So that's. That's been really great. So when we last talked about videos, we're at like 15 to 20 a watch.
I was really getting good numbers on Spotify and through Patreon, but not on YouTube. Was kind of dead for me. And so now I'm up to like a hundred views a watch. And like, I get new subscribers every week.
[00:15:17] Speaker A: Wow.
[00:15:18] Speaker B: It's a nice, It's a nice growth. Like, it's been a nice kind of slow. There hasn't been a boom where it's like, oh, here's, you know. No, no, this video is 50,000 people. But it's like, oh, no, that one did 30, that one did 40. That one did. And then every once in a while I'll get a short that's like a thousand views on this short. And I cannot for the life of me figure out why some of them pop and some of them don't. But the, the increase in volume to be like, oh, if I put eight up a day, because I don't know why some of them pop and some of them don't. It is just like the more I put up, the more chance I get that one of them is going to hit. And so, yeah, so it's been really great, like, just to say, like, thanks for the. The advice you gave me has been fantastic.
[00:16:04] Speaker A: But those shorts, is that like using a tool like Opus Clip to.
[00:16:08] Speaker B: I use Opus Pro.
[00:16:09] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:16:11] Speaker B: You know what's weird? Okay.
[00:16:11] Speaker A: To make the long ones into the short ones.
[00:16:13] Speaker B: Make a long one. So I take my sessions usually go an hour to an hour and a half, right?
Yeah. Well, let me just tell you the conversion I made, the changes I made from front to finish. So I was recording for an audio medium. I was not considering YouTube. And then I was just throwing things up on YouTube. So my opening screen on YouTube was a static screen that just had my, my logo on it with me talking in the background.
[00:16:40] Speaker A: And not even you on Zoom.
[00:16:43] Speaker B: Not even me on Zoom. It's just me talking. I was recording it on Audacity, like literally recording for like Apple and Spotify.
[00:16:50] Speaker A: Right.
[00:16:50] Speaker B: And so then I would go, all right, let's get to the session. I had like a musical intro and I'd be like, all right, you know, the musical intro would like, there's like a. There's a musical intro. There's like a 10 second bumper where I was like, hey, welcome back to the. Or. I would say, wait, what did I used to say? This is the Dialogue Doctor podcast.
I'm Jeff Elkins. Today we're going to do blank thing. And then the musical intro would end and then I'd have a, like, probably five minute piece where I was just talking over my logo. And. And then I'd go, all right, let's get to the session. And that's when the video on YouTube would come up. So I had, like, a five minute, just blank visual.
[00:17:37] Speaker A: Right, Right.
[00:17:38] Speaker B: And then the video, which is like
[00:17:40] Speaker A: 4 minutes and 50 seconds too long.
[00:17:43] Speaker B: Too long of anything. But. Yeah, yeah, totally. And so.
And a lot of it was me rambling.
People on audio liked it because they're just listening.
[00:17:55] Speaker A: They don't walk in their dog.
[00:17:56] Speaker B: Yeah. So it's just me kind of rambling about life and what I'm doing in fiction and, like, hey, here's, like. Here's my personal update. I patterned it very much on Joanna Pen. I was like, you know, five years
[00:18:06] Speaker A: ago, I was just gonna say that.
[00:18:07] Speaker B: Yeah. I was like, who do I pattern this all? Well, do. Just do what Joanna does. So I was.
I was doing that, but then I'd have this video piece. But then at the end, I'd go back to a static image for three minutes where I, like, gave the, like, sales pitch. Like, come back for this. Come back for this.
So talking to you, you were like, go look at what other people are doing.
[00:18:29] Speaker A: Right.
[00:18:29] Speaker B: I was like, oh, that's smart.
So.
And my episodes used to just be titled episode 346 Dash. And then I'd say the thing.
So I've changed now.
Well, here, I can show you what I'm doing now.
[00:18:55] Speaker A: Can you request to share?
[00:18:56] Speaker B: I can request to share.
[00:18:57] Speaker A: Oh, there we go.
[00:18:58] Speaker B: Look at that. Yeah,
[00:19:04] Speaker A: Do that. I'm getting more tea. I can still hear you.
[00:19:06] Speaker B: Oh, yeah.
[00:19:07] Speaker A: I'm not even gonna pause. Yeah, I'm just gonna walk and get tea.
[00:19:10] Speaker B: Yeah. No, well, that's the thing about me. You could just like, Jeff's just gonna talk. We just let Jeff go. He's fine up there.
[00:19:18] Speaker A: And have him ramble sounds.
[00:19:19] Speaker B: Hey, look, he's been doing it for five years. He'll just talk. He'll talk over nothing.
Yeah, so I changed.
So now the format is.
I was trying to study what other people do. And one of the crews that I really think do it well and are just a talking head are the New Rockstars crew.
So I was analyzing how he would open his videos. He talks about, like, Marvel stuff and all that.
[00:19:50] Speaker A: Oh, I don't know it.
[00:19:54] Speaker B: New rock stars. And they talk about, like, comic book stuff, which. I'm a comic book dork, so I love it.
And so. And they're always like, we got this thing from the new Marvel movie. But so, you know, somebody from the production staff gave us this one page of script.
But that's kind of what they're. The genre they're living in. And I noticed, oh, when he comes on screen, his intro is welcome back to New Rock Stars.
And then he's in it.
And I was like, right, yeah. So I now just go, welcome back to the Dialect Doctor podcast. And then I'm just, like, going. And I'm on video. Like I said, I changed my background. I got myself closer to the screen because I was like, oh, when I look at other people on YouTube, they're feeling the screen as much as they can with their face.
[00:20:44] Speaker A: It's funny you say that. I noticed recently, like, I'm too far. It's just the way my standing desk is. But, like, I'm this big and you're this. This big, and I'm. I think I'm too small. Speaking of which.
[00:20:54] Speaker B: Yeah, and it is funny. You know, after talking to you three months ago, I really. It is really the first time I started to pay attention. I know this sounds so stupid because.
[00:21:02] Speaker A: No, not at all.
[00:21:03] Speaker B: But it's the first time I started to pay attention to, like, oh, what is. What are these different algorithms? Like, Right. Which is a weird thing to say. I've been in business for five years. I've never asked, like, what works here?
But I just. Didn't you just.
[00:21:15] Speaker A: Not at all.
We're back to the original conversation, right? It's like, you're doing it because you like doing it, right? Yeah.
[00:21:22] Speaker B: Yeah. But it is weird. Like, on TikTok, they're, like, right here on the camera. So it's like a weird. Like, it's a weird, like. Oh, they like the, like, things change. But right now it feels like YouTube likes the, like, close, but TikTok likes to, like, really close.
[00:21:39] Speaker A: Okay, interesting.
[00:21:41] Speaker B: It's funny.
But, yeah, So I started. I stopped naming the episodes. Like, you were like, hey, name your episode in a way that'll draw people in.
So this is. I now do a double. A double title. I do one title on the screen.
[00:21:57] Speaker A: Right.
[00:21:58] Speaker B: That is one way. And then I do another title in the.
In the actual video, I started putting up time codes like you suggested, which people really like.
[00:22:10] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:22:11] Speaker B: But it's. It's increased my watch time.
[00:22:14] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:22:14] Speaker B: Because people are, like, able to find, like, oh, I want to watch this later in the video so they don't have to watch the whole thing. They can just jump to that.
And with the shorts.
[00:22:28] Speaker A: Hey, by the way, as of, like, last week or something, you can finally change a thumbnail for a short.
[00:22:37] Speaker B: Really?
[00:22:38] Speaker A: Yeah. Since, like, last week, you can just. We can finally upload. You know, you create something and upload it. And there's your. And there's your.
[00:22:44] Speaker B: I will do that because this is. You can see my.
[00:22:46] Speaker A: Exactly.
[00:22:47] Speaker B: Thumbnails are insane.
[00:22:48] Speaker A: Exactly. Like the second. Like the second and third one there, right? Yeah, yeah. Get anything from it. Right.
[00:22:53] Speaker B: So, yeah, and it's a weird. Like, what is this thing that's happening here?
[00:22:57] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, but.
[00:23:00] Speaker B: Yeah, but these are. It's just the Opus clips going up and.
[00:23:03] Speaker A: Exactly.
[00:23:04] Speaker B: You know. You know, something weird I found. Man, I get more hits when I fix the title.
So where's the one you mean fix?
[00:23:13] Speaker A: Like, improve the Opus clip title?
[00:23:16] Speaker B: Not improve it. Take out the extra spaces.
[00:23:21] Speaker A: What?
[00:23:21] Speaker B: The Opus clip titles.
Wherever there's.
So you can see the Opus Pro.
This is my interpreting what it's doing.
[00:23:32] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:23:32] Speaker B: You can see the Opus Pro will use multiple phrases in a title, right?
[00:23:37] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:23:37] Speaker B: Add in your book, the Brutal Truth, they don't tell you.
It will put an extra space.
[00:23:45] Speaker A: Yeah, I see it. Yeah.
[00:23:47] Speaker B: In the editing. Your book space space. The Brutal Truth, they don't tell you.
YouTube likes it when I take those spaces out.
Oh, I can't tell you why, but there's a difference.
[00:24:00] Speaker A: I.
Opus would put in an extra space.
[00:24:03] Speaker B: It does. And it does. Every title. Every title, there's two to three extra spaces. And the way I found it was I'm using. So, like, if I. If I pull one of these up.
Oh, sorry. The video's slow. Because it's slow to load. There we go.
Come on. Okay, now it's like, here we go. Killing me. I'm putting in the title now, like, you suggested hashtags.
So, like, the title is unlock your enneagram triad, Understanding core feelings easily. And I have two hashtags in there. I started finding the extra spaces because I'd have, Like, there's only so many characters. That'd be like, three characters over, and I'd be like, oh, I can find three letters to delete. I'm a writer. I can find three letters to delete from this title. And I started reading the titles, I was like, crap, Opus Pro just putting extra spaces in here that count as things in that title.
[00:24:58] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. So I just did not know that. That's cool.
[00:25:00] Speaker B: I started deleting them out. And when I started deleting them out, I was like, oh, YouTube likes this.
Yeah, you too much. Want to take those faces out.
[00:25:10] Speaker A: And then I see. Am I seeing correctly that at the bottom of your short, the little triangle over on the video itself, how writers can use the Enneagram? And that leads to the whole Video, right?
[00:25:21] Speaker B: Yeah, that's something you taught me. So that, that now takes people to the full video.
Yeah, this, this episode's only been up. So this is my change in views. Right. This episode's only been up two days and it's double the views I used to get in a month on radio. So already I'm seeing that like growth on just. Yeah, yeah, but. And just not caring about the shorts are funny because I don't really watch what the shorts do, if that makes sense.
[00:25:56] Speaker A: Yeah,
[00:25:58] Speaker B: I don't really necessarily care about what the shorts are doing. I just. This is my old, you can see here, these are my old, old ones that were just like a picture of me talking for five minutes and then this is the new style.
[00:26:14] Speaker A: But can you go back a screen? I got one tip for you there.
[00:26:18] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah.
[00:26:20] Speaker A: So is this in a playlist? Well and if it's not, if should be.
[00:26:25] Speaker B: It is. Yeah, it's in a place.
[00:26:27] Speaker A: So do you know about. Did we talk about this last time? Remind me if I did. So there's a special link where you, you get to the video. So we'd be watching this same video but then on the right instead of these ads. Basically.
[00:26:44] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:26:44] Speaker A: It would show the rest of your playlist.
Huh?
[00:26:48] Speaker B: No, I don't know how to do that.
[00:26:50] Speaker A: And so in fact I could walk you through it and I'd like to walk through it because I, I can never remember how to do it and in fact I'm also record. I want to record this because if anybody out there has a better way to do this than my manually time consuming way, I'm all ears. Please don't. And so, and the only way I know how to do it is if you go back to your main channel.
[00:27:08] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:27:12] Speaker A: And then we're going to go to playlists and then let's pick one like where the.
[00:27:20] Speaker B: That one.
The video we were just looking at is joints from jp which is.
[00:27:24] Speaker A: Right, great. So click that I think.
[00:27:28] Speaker B: Or do I need to edit it now?
[00:27:29] Speaker A: So now see that. So see how now on the right. Oh yeah, we have the list. Okay.
[00:27:35] Speaker B: Yeah, that's what I want.
[00:27:36] Speaker A: Here's the trick. The page we are on, the URL we are on.
[00:27:41] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:27:42] Speaker A: Sort of has this built in. So it shows here's this main video and then here's the, the playlist on the right. So for example, what we could do. Let's just do it as an example. If you. Yeah, if you go to the. So this is episode three, four, six.
[00:27:58] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:27:59] Speaker A: Oh, interesting. They're Not. I wonder what that order is over on there on the right.
[00:28:02] Speaker B: I only do one of these once a quarter.
[00:28:05] Speaker A: This is a slow episode.
Okay? So just for practice sake, if you go click on episode three, two, eight over there.
[00:28:13] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:28:14] Speaker A: Okay. And then click. And then now let's go highlight that URL at the top.
[00:28:22] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:28:23] Speaker A: And copy.
[00:28:24] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:28:25] Speaker A: And then we're going to go back to that, how writers can use the Enneagram to build better.
And we're going to edit that, which you can do at the button below the video there.
Right?
And then another kind of fun trick is at the very beginning of the. Of the description for the video, just paste in that URL.
[00:28:50] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:28:50] Speaker A: And then. So paste. And then there you go. And what's cool is that it doesn't show that big ugly URL in the viewer's perspective. In the viewer's view, let's say.
[00:29:02] Speaker B: Really?
[00:29:03] Speaker A: And yeah, it'll show a nice pretty link that will go to that next one.
But now if you go, yeah, great, go there.
So now in the description, which is only two lines long, sorry, it's slow to load. No worries. So now see that?
[00:29:19] Speaker B: Oh, look at that.
[00:29:20] Speaker A: Yeah. And so click on that. And so see on the right, currently we get ads, but now you just clicked on it. And so now you have the video we wanted to watch and we're getting the list from the playlist.
[00:29:33] Speaker B: Nice.
[00:29:34] Speaker A: So my request to the universe is, I don't know how to do this, not manually, other than the way we just did, which is go pick that one. Okay, here's number three. And I want to link to it from.
And then also you have to think, well, what do I want to link to? This is my latest. Do I want to link to the second latest? Right? I guess so. So you have to think about, like, where you want them to go. But as you'll see back in that one page back, if it doesn't take up all your description space and it just has their little YouTube logo. Episode 328, the Business Model Canvas. Nice link.
And you still get your description.
[00:30:14] Speaker B: That's cool.
[00:30:15] Speaker A: That's a really nice way to. Also, because most people, I mean, you And I know YouTube a bit, right? Most people aren't going to know, oh, playlist. What's a playlist? I don't even know what a playlist is. Oh, look, this video is part of a playlist. Oh, look, there's other videos in this same playlist. Oh, look, that number four is interesting. I'm going to go listen to that one.
[00:30:33] Speaker B: I love that. That's a great tip.
[00:30:36] Speaker A: Yeah, that's a. That's a really good one also, because I also, as we probably talked about three months ago, I also struggle with the watch hours, like keeping them watching. Keeping them watch the next video and all that. And this is a good one because then they're going to get accustomed to your playlists and go watch.
Like, maybe this one doesn't isn't interesting for them, but. Ooh, number four is. But now if I'm looking at the ads over there, I'm like, oh, X Men, Marvel Studios. X Men could find me. Oh, I'm gonna. Oh, let's watch that.
[00:31:05] Speaker B: It totally pulls you right off. You're like, oh, I'm just gonna go,
[00:31:08] Speaker A: yeah, right, yeah, yeah, right.
So it kind of hides that and then shows your playlist. Hey, I just noticed, upper right, it says from the dialogue Dr. Button. What's that?
[00:31:21] Speaker B: I don't know. That's just something they've added.
[00:31:24] Speaker A: Okay, but that's your stuff, right?
[00:31:26] Speaker B: Yeah, this is my stuff. Yeah. And it's funny what it's picking. This is an episode from three years ago. I don't know why it's picking that. These are random shorts. It's picking.
This short is from three years ago.
[00:31:40] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:31:41] Speaker B: Because I did do with this episode what you recommended. I took some of my, like, really well run episodes and I updated them for.
[00:31:49] Speaker A: Oh, cool. Like title and thumbnail and.
[00:31:51] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. But like, this is from.
That's from a while ago. Like, I don't know why it's picking these things. This is for me.
[00:31:59] Speaker A: Yeah.
So the beauty. And one of my big, like, sales pitches about YouTube is that it really is evergreen. Right. Unlike most all other social media or media, it really is evergreen. And you can have a post at 3 years old and it still gets the views and.
Great.
[00:32:16] Speaker B: Yeah. And that's funny. I just hit it again and it gave me a different series of things.
[00:32:21] Speaker A: Ah, wow, that's weird.
[00:32:24] Speaker B: It's like randomly selecting things.
[00:32:26] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:32:27] Speaker B: So if I go back again and
[00:32:29] Speaker A: pod and then the podcast button, those are your different podcasts on your channel?
[00:32:34] Speaker B: No, these are things I'm subscribed to.
[00:32:38] Speaker A: Okay. Because of course you're logged in as you. So me, like, you as the viewer.
[00:32:42] Speaker B: Things that I subscribe to. Yeah.
[00:32:44] Speaker A: Okay. And then what's the next button over there?
[00:32:46] Speaker B: The next button is related.
[00:32:48] Speaker A: Oh, okay. Okay.
[00:32:50] Speaker B: So this is stuff that's like, oh, this is related. And that makes.
[00:32:53] Speaker A: Related to the current video.
[00:32:54] Speaker B: To the current video, hopefully. Yeah.
[00:32:56] Speaker A: Okay. But again, not your stuff.
[00:32:58] Speaker B: So again, my stuff. This is just random stuff that's related to the current video.
[00:33:03] Speaker A: That's funny. There's a video of mine with Becky was there.
[00:33:09] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:33:10] Speaker A: And it's probably because you interviewed Becket Stein and you and I have collaborated, so that's kind of interesting.
[00:33:14] Speaker B: Yeah. So it's like, oh, here's two people that I've also done this thing.
[00:33:17] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[00:33:20] Speaker B: And then here's the. For the. For you is what was originally loaded.
This is stuff.
[00:33:25] Speaker A: This is recommendations.
[00:33:27] Speaker B: Would like to watch this, Right?
[00:33:28] Speaker A: All right.
[00:33:29] Speaker B: Yeah. Recently uploaded.
That's for me.
[00:33:35] Speaker A: Just to test that it's. That it works. Can you go click again on the episode 328 link down in the description of this video?
[00:33:44] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:33:45] Speaker A: Want to make sure?
[00:33:47] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:33:47] Speaker A: Okay, there it is. Great. Okay, good. So this is nice because it forces the playlist to show up. Yeah. Oh, oh, oh, look at that down below.
There's still the. The recommended ads and whatnot.
[00:34:01] Speaker B: Yeah, it's still down here.
[00:34:02] Speaker A: Okay. But that's great.
[00:34:03] Speaker B: They haven't given up their ad space.
[00:34:05] Speaker A: Right. But prime real estate is your playlist, so that's super cool. So again, shout out to the universe. If anybody knows how to do this more. Less manually than I'm doing it. Because what I would do is go into each of those episodes and like, you know, you click on episode 268 and depending on how you want to sequence them.
Okay, here's the link for 268. Okay. Is it 269? I got to go find 269 and then go manually paste it in there.
That's how I do it.
[00:34:35] Speaker B: That's great.
[00:34:36] Speaker A: That's a manual and time consuming, but good work.
[00:34:40] Speaker B: No, I love it.
It's not that time consuming. I'm just going to add it to my routine.
Right.
[00:34:46] Speaker A: Like, right, right.
[00:34:48] Speaker B: Yeah.
And it is funny. I've gotten good rhythms with this stuff now that I've been doing it for three months. Like for the shorts, I'll actually.
Because YouTube will only let you load 12 at a time.
This is a trick that works for me. So I will load and I'll have like 35 to 40 shorts per episode. I'm like, these. These work.
[00:35:09] Speaker A: So wait a minute. But you're. But you're making them in Opus Pro, right?
[00:35:12] Speaker B: Making them in Opus Pro. I'm downloading them to my hard drive.
[00:35:16] Speaker A: Why do you do that? Why don't you let Opus do it?
I'm curious.
[00:35:20] Speaker B: I don't know.
[00:35:21] Speaker A: Okay. No, I'm Curious.
[00:35:24] Speaker B: The answer to all of this, Bradley, is Jeff doesn't know how to use technology.
So that's just going to be the answer. The answer is going to be like, because Jeff does it now.
[00:35:32] Speaker A: So it's interesting because usually the platforms prefer it when you, like manually do stuff. Right. They don't love that. Opus is churning out all this stuff. Right?
[00:35:44] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:35:45] Speaker A: Because Opus can do it. Because that's why I was curious about your TikTok. Because when I do my hour video and I've got 30 shorts and I say, okay, go publish once a day at 4pm to my TikTok, my Twitter, my Facebook, my LinkedIn, my YouTube, my, there's like seven things.
So all these seven things, go publish it once a day to all those things.
[00:36:14] Speaker B: What do you use?
[00:36:15] Speaker A: That's all I do. Opus Pro. Opus.
It does it. So next time you look, you go, you. It chops up your videos. Then you got your 30 videos or whatever.
[00:36:26] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:36:26] Speaker A: And it'll only do a hundred at a time, by the way. So if you do have 30 and you can only choose three because that ends up being 90. Right. Because you're actually publishing 90 pieces of content technically.
[00:36:39] Speaker B: Oh, I see what you're saying.
[00:36:40] Speaker A: Okay. And so then. Although the big workaround is. So go ahead and publish the 90. Okay, well, now I'm doing Facebook and tick tock and YouTube shorts. Okay.
So there's 90 pieces of content. And then if I really want to, I will just literally go, select, go schedule once a day, every day for 30 days. Done. Thank you. Scheduled, done deal. Right. Then I'll go right back to the same video, select the same 30 shorts, which is already. Which have already been created. And then not whatever I just said, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. But now I'm going to do TikTok, Twitter and Instagram.
[00:37:20] Speaker B: Interesting.
[00:37:21] Speaker A: So now I have another 90 pieces of content, which is kind of crazy. And I'm going to. I might change it up a little bit. I might say, okay, starting in five days.
Because I don't want them coming out exactly the same time as the other stuff. So starting in five days, do once a day for the next 30 days.
[00:37:40] Speaker B: I had no idea you could do that.
[00:37:42] Speaker A: Yeah. And then this time to whatever I said, Instagram, tick tock and LinkedIn.
And sometimes I do think about, I take a moment, I think, oh, you know what? This is not like the most professional video. It's kind of cheesy or whatever. Maybe I won't send it to LinkedIn.
[00:38:00] Speaker B: That's interesting.
[00:38:02] Speaker A: Yeah, this is Totally dorky and funny. I'll put it on TikTok.
[00:38:06] Speaker B: Yeah, no, that's, that's funny. I've like given up my Instagram account for Dialogue Doctor because I just don't have time because I'm doing all this manually. So that would literally be a lifesaver.
[00:38:21] Speaker A: That's, that's all I. By the way, I'm also admittedly terrible.
[00:38:26] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:38:26] Speaker A: With all the other platforms, I don't do much of anything, which is, you know, bad me.
But we gotta focus, right. And all. Like, the only place where I check comments and actually reply to comments and I do anything is YouTube. But that's just my own personal choice. Yeah, yeah, I know.
Most people I know are not on YouTube. Right. They're on Instagram or of course, Facebook. Depends on whatever your. Your age.
[00:38:55] Speaker B: But.
[00:38:56] Speaker A: But then Instagram and Tick Tock. Right. Like a nephew of mine, he says, oh, I love your stuff on Tick Tock. And it was kind of funny, like my. Where. And I'm like, oh, yeah, that's right. I'm on TikTok. He's like, yeah.
And he doesn't care that I don't reply to a comment or whatever.
[00:39:12] Speaker B: Well, it's so fascinating because I'm. I'm right now making individualized content for every platform I'm on. And it's a lot of work because, like, I do this for YouTube, but then I record like literally two to three TikToks a day for the account of just like me talking into a camera. That's completely different and what I'm doing here.
[00:39:36] Speaker A: Okay. This could.
[00:39:37] Speaker B: Crossing platforms would be really helpful.
[00:39:40] Speaker A: Let's book a call for another three months from now.
[00:39:43] Speaker B: And you're like, would Jeff do that?
[00:39:46] Speaker A: I would love to see.
By the way, it's not like I know that this all works perfectly and this will magically open up the.
[00:39:54] Speaker B: Look, man, you know, if you tell me to do something, I'm going to try it.
[00:39:57] Speaker A: Yeah. So I would love to. For you to see. I'd love to see the stats after three months of you doing the Opus Clip thing.
And by the way, it doesn't. I know Opus Clip, you know, costs money and cost credits and stuff. But. But the main fee of OPUS is when you put in the 60 minute video, it's going to cost you 60 credits, right?
[00:40:16] Speaker B: Yep. Yeah.
[00:40:17] Speaker A: But then to go publish to those nine different or whatever, six or seven different channels, it costs one. One credit. Not one credit per video or whatever. One total.
[00:40:30] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:40:30] Speaker A: It's super weird.
[00:40:31] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:40:31] Speaker A: So now that 60 minute video cost you 61 credits. 60 for the chopping it up.
[00:40:39] Speaker B: That's great.
[00:40:39] Speaker A: And then one for the bulk schedule through the different platforms.
[00:40:44] Speaker B: Okay. Yeah, I will start trying to bulk schedule. Man. I'll see how. I'll see.
[00:40:48] Speaker A: Yeah, I, I would. You, you totally. Of course you have to connect it all and make it all work, but
[00:40:53] Speaker B: that's not a big deal.
[00:40:54] Speaker A: It's a man. And then you just check the boxes and the pro tip there. Remember the hundred number. So if you've got. And sometimes I'll have.
Dork of me. If I'll have 35 clips, I'll just go find two that look the least interesting. So now it's 33. So now I can publish to three channels and I get 99.
[00:41:14] Speaker B: Interesting.
[00:41:15] Speaker A: And then I go do it again for the other three channels.
[00:41:18] Speaker B: You know something else I haven't tried on Opus Clip. Can I change the opening image that it's sitting down on?
[00:41:24] Speaker A: So one thing I'm liking about OCA's clip is that they are constantly updating stuff.
[00:41:30] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:41:31] Speaker A: They're fixing stuff. They're making it better. They're trying. They're trying and they ask for feedback and I give them feedback.
[00:41:38] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:41:38] Speaker A: Because it's not perfect. I mean, they add some pretty dorky AI graphics sometimes.
[00:41:45] Speaker B: Yeah. For a while. They're putting emojis in the middle of the.
[00:41:48] Speaker A: Yes. Yeah. And you can just. Just a checkbox.
[00:41:51] Speaker B: Stop doing that.
[00:41:52] Speaker A: Yeah, just a checkbox. Don't do that.
[00:41:54] Speaker B: I was like, don't do that.
[00:41:55] Speaker A: Because then sometimes they'll put the, you know, AI generated graphic image or whatever it is. Like, how does that. In what universe does this have any relation to the content I'm talking about? Right. So weird.
[00:42:09] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah.
[00:42:10] Speaker A: Okay, I got one totally dorking out on Opus Clip here. So Opus here. I mean, in fact, I'll give you a link. It's kind of hard to find, but there they have a new tool.
I don't advertise it a whole lot.
Even have to find it because I can never find it.
It's like. It's like Opus Agent or something. I'm gonna find it. I'll share a link with you in a sec. And what it does, Let me see if I can find it.
And I think it's sort of like, you know, beta and so it doesn't.
[00:42:55] Speaker B: Opus Agent.
[00:42:57] Speaker A: Maybe Agent Opus. Here we go. Agent Opus.
Okay, here, I'm gonna. I'll share a link in the zoom chat here for you.
So this thing.
And by the way, Viewers, if you are not into AI generated stuff, just hang up now. Just run.
[00:43:27] Speaker B: Yeah. Seriously, this is crazy.
[00:43:29] Speaker A: Yeah. And so many. There's many tools out there that do this, but I just thought, oh, I already pay for 8. I already pay for. Opus went up, right?
[00:43:38] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:43:39] Speaker A: And so you can. And it costs quite like the other. I think actually OPUS is quite generous with the number of credits. Like the one credit for one minute, I think that's kind of cool.
[00:43:48] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:43:49] Speaker A: And so. But this thing, this will eat up your credits. Right? But you could say, I don't know, make a dinosaur.
You're talking about comics. Make a comic.
A comic sketch 3 scenes long.
About this topic. XYZ that I think is super cool in the style of Marvel.
And make it 10 seconds long. Go. And it'll. It'll warn you how many credits it's going to cost you.
And you can just like kind of play around. But then what's kind of fun is that, well, guess what. Yeah. Now you have a video and you could go share that in your OPUS world and. Yeah. Yeah. So there. It makes videos. And I am not a pro by any means. I've kind of just goofed around a little bit with it.
[00:44:35] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:44:35] Speaker A: But yeah, just go, go make a 10 second video and let me know. It's fit.
[00:44:41] Speaker B: It's fascinating.
[00:44:42] Speaker A: Yeah. It's total AI. If you're gonna get the haters, they're gonna hate.
So, you know, play around.
[00:44:49] Speaker B: Yeah. It is funny. And I find I get different. I've played with some AI graphics and stuff. I get different responses on different platforms. It's a weird.
Yeah. YouTube doesn't seem to care.
But TikTok cares.
[00:45:07] Speaker A: Yeah.
TikTok does. Or the viewers.
[00:45:12] Speaker B: The viewers.
[00:45:14] Speaker A: Right.
[00:45:14] Speaker B: Yeah. I don't think the algorithm cares, but the viewers, in fact, they have their own AI generation thing on the app. But the viewers get mad. Yeah. So it's a. Yeah. Anyway, that's really cool. I'll try that out.
Yeah. Thanks.
I feel like I'm learning a ton.
[00:45:31] Speaker A: I know. This is fun. Well, I totally. I love this stuff. I mean, speaking of, like you were saying, helping other people, I love this. I love helping. I can save you some time. I know all this stuff. I'm not going to start a YouTube coaching channel. It's just like, it's just fun, you know, I'm not going to do that. Whatever. I learned some stuff. I can tell you, teach you some stuff.
[00:45:52] Speaker B: Great. You know, that's great.
[00:45:53] Speaker A: I got to move to Italy. Like, I got stuff to do. Yeah.
[00:45:56] Speaker B: You got.
You got a villa waiting for you. You got to get out of here, man.
[00:46:01] Speaker A: Yeah, I got stuff to do.
[00:46:03] Speaker B: Yeah. I got to take kids to school all the time. Like, I feel like that's my. Like, what are you doing right now? I'm about to take another kid to school. That's what I'm.
[00:46:09] Speaker A: Okay. All right. It is September. What would that be? October? November? December. Let's call it January.
[00:46:16] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:46:16] Speaker A: And let's. If you want to go, book another time, that'd be super cool to see.
[00:46:20] Speaker B: I.
[00:46:21] Speaker A: 100 happened. Yeah, I'd love that stuff. You've changed. That'd be really cool.
[00:46:26] Speaker B: Awesome.
[00:46:27] Speaker A: All right. Any. Anything else we didn't talk about or you did or you remember or.
[00:46:31] Speaker B: No, I just want to say thank you. It's been great. It's literally really revived a platform for me. Like, just talking to you and doing what you.
[00:46:39] Speaker A: That's really awesome.
[00:46:40] Speaker B: Has been awesome.
[00:46:41] Speaker A: Really cool.
[00:46:41] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:46:42] Speaker A: You know what's funny is that, like, I'm joking here, like, oh, I'm not going to start a YouTube coaching program, and I'm really not.
But it's. You forget how much you know about stuff, right?
Yeah, it's like, I think, oh, well, doesn't everybody know everything I know?
Of course not, you idiot. Right?
[00:46:58] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:46:59] Speaker A: And so I'm like, oh, oh, well, you could do this or you could do that. You could do that. You could do that. And so it's fun. I just like.
[00:47:05] Speaker B: Yeah, I love it. Yeah. Thanks, man.
[00:47:08] Speaker A: Cool. My pleasure. Hey, so I will. I'll see you in Vegas, right?
[00:47:11] Speaker B: Yeah, we'll both be at Author Nation. I'm excited. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm bringing. My wife will be there, too, because it's our 25th wedding anniversary, so.
[00:47:19] Speaker A: Oh, awesome. Oh, congratulations.
[00:47:21] Speaker B: Yeah, she's going to come and hang out, too, so it'll be fun.
[00:47:23] Speaker A: Oh, cool. Cool. All right.
[00:47:25] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. So I'm pumped, and it's my. It's my first time. You've been before?
[00:47:29] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, I've been many times. Yeah.
[00:47:31] Speaker B: Yeah. This will be my first. My first Author Nation experience.
[00:47:34] Speaker A: Well, cool. Cool. He. There's a couple other. Not to totally pimp Author Nation, but it's interesting. I've been talking with Jen Green, one of the organizers, and there are a couple people.
One is Sarah Cannon. You know Sarah Cannon?
[00:47:49] Speaker B: I've heard the name.
[00:47:50] Speaker A: Yeah. S A R R A. And then C A N, N, O N. And she is. Wow. So I joke how I just, like, mess around and throw stuff up on YouTube and, like, I'll figure it out later.
She is much more strategic and she's all about, you know, her specific focus and her in her audience and she does the right stuff and really good. And she. So I'm. I did a YouTube 101 presentation, like the Basics.
[00:48:18] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:48:19] Speaker A: Which is a recorded video so that it's not long. And Sarah's doing 201 and she's going to talk about strategy and kind of pick your lane or pick your lanes, which could be interesting for you, like what am I doing or why am I doing it this way or whatever.
And then I'm going to come back with 301 and talk about some more advanced stuff. I mean, like Opus, for example, or.
[00:48:43] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:48:43] Speaker A: Hey. Okay, here's my one final thing, which we may.
[00:48:46] Speaker B: I'm looking at our website right now. It's. It's really impressive. Yeah.
[00:48:49] Speaker A: And then there's Abby Edmonds I think is her name. I might be messing it up. And she's talking about TikTok and YouTube and Facebook, social media and sort of how to build this, this following on these different sort of more media heavy platform.
[00:49:06] Speaker B: That's awesome.
[00:49:07] Speaker A: Yeah, she's going to be really cool too. So they're both presenting at Author Nation.
[00:49:11] Speaker B: Very cool. Yeah, I had an interview with Tony Lee.
He's talking at Author Nation. He and I talked for a good like hour and a half. He's. I mean, he's going to be there. Incredible career. Like he's written Doctor who, He's written all kinds of comic books. He's written and Scott. But he wrote 76 novels since 2020 and is really finding a massive amount of success with his, with one of his detective series. So it was really, it was great talking to him. I'm excited to meet him in person. Yeah.
[00:49:42] Speaker A: That's really cool. Wow. That's what's fun about this too. Right? I mean that in fact, that's sort of one of Sarah Cannon's lanes or whatever is stuff like this. Right.
Oh, you're, you're out of content or you don't know what to say. Go interview people. Go talk to people. Right? Yeah. So cool.
[00:50:00] Speaker B: All right.
[00:50:01] Speaker A: Oddly, I just got, I just heard the doorbell. I have no idea what that is. So I'm going to call it and good timing and great talking with you and we'll talk again in January and I'll see you in Vegas.
[00:50:10] Speaker B: Sounds great, man.
[00:50:11] Speaker A: All right, great, thanks.
Bye.
