Show Notes

Greetings again from Bologna, Italy,

We made it to the football (soccer) match. It was super fun. Had it been easy to get tickets, that would have been the end of the story.

It turns out, getting the tickets WAS the story.

What if the destination, the goal, is the journey?

Could we have it backwards? Is it possible that “getting to the game” is at least as important (or memorable or fun) as “being at the game”?

We got through the day, got to our destination with:

  1. Persistence
  2. Patience
  3. Passion

The destination was sweeter because the journey was longer, tougher, more of a struggle.

Coming to you live from the center of Bologna after the soccer match, this week’s Thursday Thunder actually happened on Sunday. Crazy, I know.

But sometimes, the Thunder comes before the lightning. The journey is the destination.

See you next week.

Keep your frequency high and your heart rumbling with thunder.

Bradley

P.S. The photo above is of what someday might have been a ticket office. Not today. Not for us. Not for this journey.
