My book Meditate came out the other day and I’m collecting stories from people who aren’t me about their experiences with meditation.
Sudhanya went from meditating just a single minute, yes, 60 seconds, to a daily 5-year meditation practice that has banished fear, filled her with courage, and has given her the daring to find new and unknown meditation practices to play with such as forgiveness.
